30 Days of RP: Days 23 & 24

Day 23: Band/Artist/Song That Gives You Muse

Okay, this is a hard one to do, but not hard in the way that the previous few days were, more hard because, well, I just get inspired by nearly anything. A lot of my non-RP fiction writing is inspired in one way or another by specific songs. But the thing is, it's really just about any music that inspires me. I've been inspired by Britney Spears ("Lucky"), Garth Brooks ("Learning to Live Again"), Sarah Brightman ("The Last Words You Said"), and Vienna Teng ("Lullaby for a Stormy Night") for my non-RP fiction. With regards to RP in particular, I'm not quite so inspired by music (though I am starting to work on a high-school PB game where the characters are all premades based on songs), but if/when I happen to find a song that I think "jives" with a particular character or plot, I'll listen to it to give me muse while I'm writing that particular character.

Day 24: Friends You've Made Through RPing

Are you reading this? Are we CDJ friends? Then you are a friend I made through RPing. There are a few who aren't on this friendslist simply because they've more or less abandoned us (like our Cowboy Joe), and a few friends I've made through RPing way back in the AOL, pre-CDJ days who are friended on my LJ instead, and a couple to whom I no longer speak, but for the most part, the friends I've made through RP are all located here on my friendslist. Frankly, while I might not be able to immediately recall which game we were in together, if you're here, we met through some game or another. And I love you all.

Oh, and those I've met IRL include: the two to whom I no longer speak; two friends from the AOL days; a friend who is now mostly just on my LJ;

	Joe was in m75 as Dedalus Diggle, then joined FtH as the same character ~~who, uh, died within the first month~~. He was on Beauty & the Geek a couple years ago; if you watch(ed) that show, he was Cowboy Joe, because always in a cowboy hat and such. Lmfao. I knew him from other things. He and I used to rp ALL the time. We did a bunch of PSLing and I used to drag him into games with me. He told me a lot about Beauty and the Geek and how they staged fights and stuff. I have his phone number, his current AIM, and we're friends on facebook. I had no idea people remembered him/played with him where I hadn't a) because I'm stupid in the brain and b) because it was all GJ centered. This is crazy. He'll love to know you mentioned him. But yeah--he doesn't rp. Says he doesn't have the time or the motivation. He's getting married soon!!!

	Hm. That is the one I have. I think the problem is that my "buddies" part of the list is usually minimized, or I'm keeping an eye on the games part of my lists to watch for specific people to sign on. xD (Reply to this) (Parent)
