Yes, he has always supported the Ministry of Magic and yes he considers it a great honour to be a member of the Wizengamot. However, Tiberius is dissatisfied with the way things are in the wizarding world (and specifically in the government) as of late, though he remains in his position in hopes of helping to change things for the better. Attitude Toward Job: Having grown up with the family company, Tiberius had never wanted anything else than to take over the company after his father retired. Of course, he also always wanted to help create change in the world, so he got a job first as a Barrister, then moved on to join the Wizengamot. Although he is irritated by some of his fellow Wizengamot members' desire to cling to the past and their resistance to change, not to mention their purist ideals. But at least, as long as he's there, that kind of legislation won't ever past unanimously.
